DollOutfits.com: This site provides a variety of patterns for several types of dolls, including 13″ Little Darlings, American Girl, and BJD. The patterns come with step-by-step color photo instructions that make sewing easy, especially helpful for beginners.1
Beth Ramsden: This artist offers patterns, artwork, and custom dolls. She’s also open to commissions and shares weekly videos on her YouTube channel.
Enchanterium: Provides a range of sewing patterns for 1/3 and 1/6 scale dolls, including Smart Dolls and Monster High. They also share their incredible customizations on their YouTube channel.
Apple Totes & Co: This site offers free patterns and DIY tutorials for 18″ and 14″ dolls, such as American Girl and Wellie Wishers. It also offers pattern files for cutting machines.
I Sew for Doll: This site doesn’t offer patterns but doll-sized sewing notions for dolls, such as Blythe, Barbie, BJD, and more.1

Raddollclothes.com: This is also known as Requiem Art Designs, an online store offering a wide range of doll clothes patterns and sewing resources.1
ResinRapture.com: Offers a variety of content, including free sewing patterns, tutorials, and project ideas for creating outfits and accessories for various BJDs.
Antique Lilac: Martha Boers showcases her Ball-Jointed Doll (BJD) costumes and photography. It presents her creations in galleries and offers tutorials and free patterns for personal use only.
The Shapes of Fabric: Patternmaking and fabric manipulation. Although it’s not focused on doll-sewing, its excellent patternmaking instructions and patterns for 11.5-inch dolls make it a valuable resource.
